rethinking

re-thinking visual is the studio of Laetitia Boulud (Canada, 1975) and Alex de Jong (Netherlands, 1963) Their joint practice encompasses immersive installations that make use of sound mappings and spatial interventions. They exhibited in Tel Aviv, Rotterdam, Los Angeles, Geneva and Paris. Much of their work is derived from the physical experience of sensory perception. Spectators actively experience sensory displacement in their pieces. Photographers by training, they have gone on to concentrate on other-sensory works based on the concept of  “whole body seeing”
